We love animals and chances are you do too, but not everyone does. Having pets run up to potential buyers can be extremely off-putting. Even water and food dishes left out can be unappealing to those looking at your home. It can give off the impression that your home is dirty and chaotic. If there is a showing or open-house, we suggest bringing the pets to a daycare or friends for the day.

2. The Kitchen is You Biggest Star
Many underestimate the value of an updated kitchen when selling you home. However, our suggestion is, if you can afford nothing else, the least you must do is put some extra cash towards fixing up the kitchen. A lackluster kitchen could cause you to lose $10,000 off your asking price, but a little extra cash put towards updating almost guarantees you will receive 85% of you money back. 

3. Stay Bright
