All HUD 184 operations have been suspended

 

Lenders have received notification that due to the budgetary impasse, all HUD 184 operations have been suspended.  HUD 184 is not currently issuing case numbers, Cohort numbers or Firm Commitments. This effectively puts any HUD 184 loan that is not already committed on, in a “hold” status. This is all this info we have at this time. We will keep you informed when any updated and/or more “official” information has been received.

 

**This applies to HUD 184 loans ONLY.  FHA is not affected.**
